Yom Kippur: A Day of Silence and Reflection Online via Zoom

Yom Kippur is the Jewish Day of Atonement, a day when, as a community, Jews are asked to reflect on their actions of the past year and to ask for atonement for any actions that were unskillful. In support of this day, NYI has been hosting a day of silence and reflection since 2003.

Each year we focus on a different theme, all related to the theme of atonement. This year's theme will explore Connecting to love and joy in the midst of uncertainty.  All are welcome to join us in this exploration.

Please pre-register to get the zoom link. This retreat is offered freely by the faciliators. You You are encouraged to practice generosity when you register in support of New York Insight Meditation Center.
